We are a diverse and super motivated team working together to achieve the same common objective which is – offer our clients the best possible service in online marketing strategy.
CTH is a hybrid independent digital marketing agency, offering innovative blue ocean strategy frameworks along with inbound marketing integration. We work under agile principles, while exploring new markets opportunities.
Our professionals mostly work (100% of the time) remotely. Hence, we do not own an office, but we have a website (you are reading it) with a blog sitting in the cloud, we have our own printers, agile boards and of course few kettles and/or coffee machines.
Our team is multi-skilled, has diverse interests and passions ( photo, travelling, cooking, helping the poor, copywriting, walking dogs and/or practising martial-arts, etc.).
We are proud to say that we help clients with no overheads as we value our time, how and what we do.
Paul, the digital strategist and senior business consultant. Paul has over twenty years multi-sector experience across many roles.
Paul’s priority as a digital business strategist consultant is to focus on helping SME’s and start-ups alike identify and/or redefine their unique marketing and sales strategy.
We provide innovative and agile mapping directions, processes to create and boost marketing lead generation whilst reducing overheads.
These steps are transformed into a 6- 12 months digital strategy road map.
Paul has hold sales, inside-sales and marketing positions. Worked as Web administrator, where he helped launch one of the first business portals in the local advertising directory.
He also worked for many big corporate companies to include a few such as: France Telecom, one of the biggest Telecom companies in France, followed by Cisco System the biggest networking manufacturer in the World. Along many other such as: Bull, RCS, and Yin.
In UK, end of 2008, Paul was made redundant, so he decided to move on and start working as a freelancer. It has been a learning (curve) process, with many barriers, disappointing promises, bull sh*tters etc. He soon realised that if one is serious, believes in himself and work hard you will get results.
Since he never looked back.
Often, you’ll see Paul involved in strategic, tactical and/or operational projects for web agencies around Europe but also completed a few projects in US.
We accept UK and EU consulting clients and we’re open to content collaboration projects/opportunities.
Paul has successfully passed the SEMrush SEO certificate. He’s working on several other cert.
Yogi – Chief Security Officer
Yogi is our security guard. He has been with us since he was a puppy. Yogi is fully trained, organised, has plenty of energy, dedication and he’s funny. After is morning stretching, meditation and exercise (searching for tennis balls) he gets back to work.
His preferred thing is keeping up with the agenda – as he really has super communication skills – one of his preferred things is to remind you when you’re late for his lunch (food time and/or treats never misses one).
He’s also very attentive to detail, so if you miss behave he’s on to you. We’ve to keep up with him specially at lunch time. Yogi is also very ambitious – He told us one day he will be the CEO. We all agree, as long he does not steal food from us (this is not allowed) so we make him sign a contract, hoping he stays with us for a very long-time.
Peter Marshall – is a remarkable professional copy writer and journalist.
Profile: Peter works extensively with B2B and B2C companies. He creates blogs articles, whitepapers, case studies and reports. Previously employed as a professional copywriter, proofreader, and copy editor.
Profile: Highly professional copywriter working essentially with B2B companies. Steve’ has a vast experience in creating content for local, national magazines, guides, niche articles, whitepapers, and some industry reports. Previously employed as a professional copywriter for a big mag in London, now works with us on a freelance-basis. Also praise for his content editor’s skills.
Our mutual goal
Our aim is to help SMEs and new Start-ups identify, think and craft 6-12 month digital content strategy road map.
This includes the following: (not exhaustive) business assessment, audience profiling, content strategy promotional channels, web page design, SEO and social media marketing.
We also create bespoke workshops while providing solid and practical guidance, control and successfully deliver rapid results.

We are a group of digital strategists, market researcher specialists, copywriters, developers and designers and content creators. We all know each other, we master 8 languages and love to work remotely as a team .. while travelling to and from various countries.

Starting with business consulting, web content and social media strategy services.
We use data manipulation to help us see, compare and understand what needs to be done first. The main work starts here. So we can then setup or go and fix it. We then concentrate on TOWS, our three C’s (suspects) and move the all lot into a mind map.
These allow us to better understand, but also think strategically in time. I love it because I get to manipulate data before going hands on pure tactics and write the implementation communication plan.
